The terms for using ExeEdge accounts, digital products, community connections, payments, and referral and media programs.

These terms explain the conditions for using ExeEdge and purchasing digital access. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Your agreement with ExeEdge
These terms cover exeedge.cx, ExeEdge accounts, the digital access offered through the website, and the related community and creator services. “We”, “us”, and “ExeEdge” mean the operator of those services, which operates outside the European Union and North America. Contact us at support@exeedge.cx.
By creating an account or placing an order after these terms are presented to you, you agree to the terms relevant to that service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase access. The order description and any expressly agreed product-specific conditions form part of your purchase agreement.
Nothing in these terms removes a right or responsibility that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
Eligibility and your account
You must be legally able to enter the agreement and comply with the age requirements and laws relevant to your use. If you need a parent or legal guardian’s authorization, that person must authorize and take responsibility for the use where permitted. Do not use the service where it is prohibited.
Provide an accurate email address and information needed to administer your account and orders. Keep sign-in credentials and license keys private. Complete required email verification, authenticator enrollment, or recovery checks before accessing protected services. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. We may investigate suspicious activity and temporarily restrict access to protect the account or service. This does not exclude responsibility that the law places on us for our own actions.
Products, plans, and delivery
External and DMA entries are separate products. Purchase the product and plan that match your setup. Read the actual feature information, requirements, status, and access period shown before ordering; ask support about anything that is not confirmed. Clearly labeled previews and planned features are not a promise that those features are included.
Payment confirmation and license activation are separate steps. A successful payment redirect alone does not prove that payment has cleared or access has been activated. Your account records show the issued entitlement and any recorded activation or expiry dates. Contact support if paid access is not delivered as agreed.
Week, Month, and Lifetime are plan labels. The description and duration offered when you purchase determine the access you are buying. These terms do not shorten a purchased period or redefine a Lifetime purchase to avoid an existing obligation. A plan does not promise that a third-party game or platform will remain unchanged forever.
Prices, payments, and refunds
Catalog prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Review the product, final amount, and any disclosed payment-provider or network charges before paying. New prices apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change a paid order.
Plans are one-time purchases paid in advance and do not automatically renew. A payment method is offered only when available. Cryptocurrency and card payments, when enabled, use the selected provider’s checkout; provider terms may also apply to the payment service.
Refunds and payment problems are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law. An account suspension or alleged rule violation does not automatically extinguish a refund or other remedy required by law. Do not misrepresent a payment, abuse a dispute process, or try to obtain access through a reversed or unauthorized transaction.
Permission to use our materials
Subject to the purchased access and these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the supplied ExeEdge materials for their described purpose. Ownership of the underlying software, site design, and other protected materials is not transferred to you.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise, do not sell, transfer, redistribute, sublicense, or share your account, software access, or license keys. Do not remove ownership notices or copy protected materials for redistribution. Restrictions on modification or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Game names, imagery, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. ExeEdge is not affiliated with or endorsed by those game publishers merely because a game is listed on the site.
Service and community rules
If you discover a security problem, report it privately to support@exeedge.cx and avoid accessing other people’s information. These rules do not prevent lawful complaints, honest reviews, or disclosures protected by law.
- Do not access another person’s account or data without permission, impersonate another person, or use stolen payment details.
- Do not attack or disrupt our infrastructure, distribute malicious files, or bypass account and payment controls.
- Do not harass others, publish someone else’s private information, or submit unlawful or infringing material.
- Do not create fake purchases, self-referrals, misleading promotional claims, or manipulated media submissions to obtain rewards.
- Follow the rules of the community platforms you choose to use. Share only material you are entitled to share.
Game platforms and Discord
Using third-party tools can conflict with a game or platform’s rules and can result in restrictions, bans, or loss of an account. You must consider those rules before use. We do not guarantee that a tool is undetectable, that an account will avoid enforcement, or that a platform will permit the use.
Optional Discord linking uses permissions you approve to connect your identity and manage community membership or eligible product roles. The connection may support joining a replacement community server within the permissions granted. You can manage the connection in your account or revoke it through Discord. Discord controls its own platform and policies.
Referral and media participation
Joining a referral or media program is optional. The relevant program page explains eligibility, rates, review criteria, hold periods, and payout conditions. Submission of a video, application, or payout request is not itself approval or a promise of payment.
Rewards depend on genuine eligible activity and required review. Refunded or reversed transactions, duplicate claims, and abusive activity can cause related rewards to be adjusted. Cleared balances may be used or requested for payout under the program rules; they are not a bank deposit or a promise of immediate withdrawal.
You retain rights in your original content. By submitting links or materials, you permit us to access and review them for the program and to retain the records needed to administer it. Broader promotional reuse requires the relevant rights or a separate agreement. Disclose a rewarded or affiliate relationship when promoting ExeEdge, and do not make claims that you cannot support.
Availability and changes
Maintenance, product updates, security issues, and changes made by game or hosting providers can affect availability. Check published product status and instructions before use. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device and future platform update.
Changes to future offers or service features do not remove obligations for access already purchased. If we cannot provide a material part of a paid service, the Refund Policy and mandatory remedies continue to apply.
Restrictions and ending an account
We may restrict or end access for a material breach, fraud, a security threat, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact support for review; advance notice may not be possible where it would compromise security or a lawful investigation.
You can stop using the service and request account closure through support. Closing an account can end access to its services but does not automatically settle outstanding transactions, delete required records, or waive rights that survive closure. Any unused paid access and refund entitlement will be assessed under the purchase terms and applicable law.
Responsibility and limits
We supply services subject to the descriptions agreed for your purchase and any mandatory standards. To the extent the law permits, we do not provide additional implied guarantees of uninterrupted operation, suitability for an undisclosed purpose, or freedom from third-party enforcement.
To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control. No exclusion applies to fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any other responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms do not make you responsible for our own wrongdoing.
Questions, disputes, and updates
Contact support@exeedge.cx with an account or order reference and a clear description of the problem so we can try to resolve it. This does not limit access to a court, regulator, payment-provider process, or mandatory consumer remedy available to you.
Our operating location is not a blanket exclusion of another country’s mandatory laws. Applicable law determines the courts and legal protections available for a dispute. These terms do not require private arbitration or remove access to a court where the law gives you that right.
We may revise these terms and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated where required and apply prospectively, subject to any additional agreement required by law. The terms applicable to an existing purchase are not rewritten merely by publishing a later version. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply so far as they can lawfully operate.
