Our products provide digital access. Review the product, plan, and setup requirements before purchasing, and contact us if delivery or access does not work as described.
Purchases and access
An ExeEdge purchase is for the digital product and access period shown in the order. Plans are paid in advance as one-time purchases, with no automatic renewal. Canceling an account or choosing not to use an active plan does not create a new recurring charge.
Once the purchased access has been delivered or activated, sales are normally final, subject to the exceptions below and any rights you have under applicable law. Logging into the website alone is not treated as proof that every purchased product has been delivered or works correctly.
For a cancellation before delivery or activation, contact us promptly. We will check the order’s fulfillment state and the rights applicable to the purchase.
Problems we will review
Depending on the issue and your rights, a remedy may involve correcting the order, restoring access, replacing the affected access, extending the paid period, or making an appropriate refund. We will explain the proposed remedy. We will not require you to accept store credit instead of a refund where the law entitles you to money back.
- A duplicate or incorrect charge for the same order.
- Paid access that has not been supplied as agreed.
- A material product fault that prevents the purchased service from working as described, after reasonable troubleshooting has not resolved the issue.
- Another situation in which applicable law requires a refund, cancellation, price reduction, or other remedy.
Requests that do not normally qualify
Outside any mandatory cancellation or other legal right, we do not ordinarily issue refunds solely because you changed your mind after receiving access, used only part of a plan, stopped playing, or bought a setup that does not meet requirements clearly disclosed before purchase.
A game publisher’s ban, account restriction, or other third-party enforcement action is not by itself a promise of compensation from ExeEdge. That does not remove any claim you may have if the product was materially misdescribed or the law requires a remedy. The same distinction applies to temporary maintenance: an interruption is reviewed in context, rather than being an automatic refund or a blanket reason to refuse one.
How to request a review
Email support@exeedge.cx from the address associated with your account, or open an account support request. Include your order reference, product and plan, approximate purchase date, a clear description of the issue, and relevant troubleshooting steps. Screenshots or error details can help; redact unrelated personal information.
Do not send passwords, authenticator codes, complete card numbers, private keys, or wallet recovery phrases. We may need to verify ownership and payment status before changing access or issuing a refund. Submit the request as soon as you discover the problem; this request does not shorten a statutory deadline.
We will review the purchase and communicate the decision or information needed to continue. Contacting support is encouraged and does not prevent you from using a payment-provider dispute process or another remedy available by law.
Approved refunds and payment methods
Approved payment refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. The provider’s processing time and the applicable legal deadline govern when funds are returned. We do not promise a fixed arrival time before the provider confirms it.
For a cryptocurrency payment, we will confirm the supported refund method, network, amount, and destination with you. Do not send another payment to obtain a refund. Any proposed conversion or network-cost treatment will be explained and must be consistent with the law; a deduction will not reduce a full refund that is legally required.
A purchase made entirely with an ExeEdge reward balance is ordinarily reversed back to that balance. That accounting reversal is separate from any right to request an eligible program payout. Access associated with a refunded purchase may be revoked, and commissions or rewards tied to a reversed purchase may be adjusted under the program rules.
Rights that this policy does not remove
ExeEdge operates outside the European Union and North America. That location does not, by itself, exclude consumer protections that apply to a particular customer or transaction. This policy does not waive a mandatory right to cancel, receive conforming digital content or services, or obtain an available remedy.
Where the law permits a digital-content withdrawal right to end when supply starts, any required prior express consent, acknowledgment, and confirmation must be obtained. Accepting general terms or merely using the website is not treated as a substitute for those steps.
Read this policy together with the Terms of Service. The policy shown for a purchase and applicable law govern that purchase; later edits do not remove rights that have already arisen.
